This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data associated with the Die Cast Club app (“we”, “us”, “our”). These instructions are provided to comply with privacy regulations and the data deletion requirements of platforms such as Facebook Login.
What data can be deleted
When you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize, where applicable:
- Account information such as your name, email address and authentication identifiers.
- Collection data you added to the app (for example, models, brands, notes and images).
- Optional preferences and usage data that can be linked to your account.
How to request deletion of your data
You can request deletion of your data in one of the following ways:
- By email: send a message to contact@diecastclub.app with the subject line “Data deletion request – Die Cast Club”.
- Clearly state that you want to delete your Die Cast Club account and all related data.
- Use the same email address that you used to sign in to the app (for example, your Facebook or Google login email), so that we can correctly locate your account.
Requests via Facebook Login
If you signed in using Facebook Login, you may also start the deletion process from your Facebook account:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Find “Die Cast Club” in the list of connected apps.
- Remove the app from your account.
- Optionally, send us an email as described above so we can confirm that your data has been fully removed on our side.
Processing time
We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days from the date we verify your identity and account. In some cases, we may retain certain information if required by law (for example, for fraud prevention or legal reporting).
