You are responsible for the data you add to the Service, including collection details, notes and images. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

Die Cast Club, its logo, visual identity and software are protected by intellectual property laws. We are not affiliated with Mattel, Inc. or any other die-cast brand. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
